SHIPPING

All items are posted using Royal Mail first class postage but we have added the option for tracked delivery to all of our products if you wish for a more secure postal service.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products so take this into account when you place your order.

DELIVERY

We will post your order next day unless it is a Pre Order item or customised item and delivery time should be 2 working days in the UK and can take up to 14 days for international orders. Please allow for longer dispatch times during peak periods.

RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not entirely happy please contact us on here so that we can offer a refund or exchange.

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase but they must be in an unused / unopened condition. Please ensure you quote your order number and we'll be able to give you our return address. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage.

Please ensure you return items safely as we cannot accept responsibility for items that go astray or arrive with us faulty/ not in original condition.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international orders however if for some reason your item is faulty then please email us with the fault and your order number and we'll refund you, however any border force payment received when you return your item will have to be deducted from the refund total.
